Great atmosphere, great boss and really great food.

So honestly - is it still possible? Really unbelievable The staff friendly, right from the start. So I've never seen anything like it. The atmosphere was just too cozy. The atmosphere was absolutely right. Then the food, way too good. I have nothing to complain about. I am shaken, I tell you, absolutely nothing to complain about. On the contrary. Every single dish tasty and tasty. Both the main courses and the desserts. The drinks were cold and came promptly. Again, not a point of criticism. I denounced that! Nowadays you have to be able to write something negative on the relevant pages. But in the "Käthe" everything was wonderful. So actually that's the biggest cheek that I have nothing to criticize, not even the cleanliness of this establishment. As a guest, you can still feel the joy and dedication with which the managing director is a restaurateur. I tell you really unbelievable. We haven't eaten so well in a long time - everything is just perfect.

Top location in the KTV. Good choice of food and a pleasant atmosphere (especially in the inner courtyard in the summer months).

Confessing men loving man (Andreas Szabo) discriminates against disabled women. Last night we were referred by the waiter on the orders of the chef (Andreas Szabo) of the restaurant because my wife cannot wear a mask due to her disability. We had presented a certificate. I find it very disturbing that someone who has been actively campaigning for the rights of men who love men for years turns away people because of their disabilities. The evening was gone, we weren't in a good mood anymore. Too bad.

Very nice ambience, pleasant atmosphere. Clean sanitary area. The good menu promised more than was served. My spaghetti carbonara for € 11 was very nicely presented, but it was bland. Slow service, I would have liked a little more attention. I'm not sure if I'll eat here again.

It's always nice and we had a nice evening there. The waitresses are extremely nice and very obliging every time. I really enjoy it every time I visit, and the location is easy to reach! The favorable transport connection makes a jaunt there feasible. Both of us were present together and each of us ordered something different.

1. Christmas Day: Brunch in Café Käthe ..... food was ok ..... when booking online you could specify a length of stay (we wanted 4 hours). Cards were sent to us because we could not pick them up. At brunch we were asked outside after 2 hours. There should always be 2 brunch rounds and we are said to have been informed. However, we never received this information, and we would never have ended up in Café Käthe because the time is simply too short for us. The family next to us only found out shortly before Christmas that you can only stay 2 hours (of course, only after the tickets for the brunch had long been paid for). This is simply not possible, even on the Internet you could not see that two rounds were planned for the brunch. It was a very ugly experience at Christmas to have to stop brunch.

Nice calm location, with an backyard and time to time great music. Brunch, coffee, cake, snacks, cocktails and in the evening good food to eat. On top is it located in a small Street a bit lively but not too much. All what a good café needs if you ask me

We celebrated our birthday. In advance we were told that we would have to wait a little, because we were there with 13 people. But at last we have not waited so long. The staff was nice, the drinks came quickly and the food was delicious. We will be back.

Cafe Käthe is already conveniently positioned close to Doberaner Platz in Rostock's city center and therefore easy to reach by bus and train. We went here twice for brunch. Food was okay, but that for a "cafe" e.g. Not even coffee is included in the price for € 15.90 for the Saturday breakfast, but only apple and orange juice, (not even water) I don't think that sales tactics are particularly well considered. Because if you really sit there for 2-3 hours, many use this Saturday and Sunday breakfast offer (you could also say brunch) for small birthday parties, family reunions, etc., you get even more expensive than, for example, on 20/12 . The breakfast selection should also be renewed. We were there twice and it was always the same. The staff is friendly and quite brisk. The ambience is really rustic and cozy in this trendy bar. The interior is iconic, but not intrusive. The toilets are clean. And on other occasions it is certainly more suitable for longer stays, e.g. when music is served here ... My previous statements only referred to the Saturday-Sunday breakfast menu. We'll definitely be back, please understand the criticism in a constructive way. So thumbs up ...

The pink steak hips of the pasture on a seasonal vegetable patch, pea and carrot puree with bulgur and Portweinjus was just delicious and is to be recommended!

Great place to get a drink with friends. They serve food too, but each time I've eaten here I've been a little underwhelmed by the taste. Also is surprisingly hot inside, even in the winter time, which makes it a little uncomfortable. But otherwise, a great little cafe.

Café Käthe is a cozy restaurant, where you can really feel good ... The service is friendly and accommodating, the food was great and the cocktails very delicious ... We always come here again :)

really Good place to have coffee with your family or your boss because it's Fancy and expensive but it's lovely place and the food is good and the people who work there are also very nice . so if you are over 40 and want to hang out with other dad's it's the place for you .. and you can take your children there aslo . the cocktails are very good try them .

I was receiving messages on my phone and didn't realize it was loud. The waiter kindly gave me a sign that it was disturbing the other guests. After I put it on silent I noticed the quiet atmosphere. Service is pretty quick and the WiFi is decent. I ordered tea but they lacked a timer which usually comes with the order. Otherwise a cozy and nice experience
